3:15 - Call time for Musician Warm-Up

4:00 - Concert begins in the Austin High School PAC

5:30 - Jazz Dinner and Silent Auction Begins in the Austin High School Cafeteria

8:15 -Jazz Bands end, Silent Auction Winnings pick-up

CONCERT – Honor Band, Wind Ensemble, Symphonic Band

JAZZ DINNER – Jazz Musicians will play and dinner will be served

SILENT AUCTION – This is the AHS Band Booster’s largest Fundraiser!
You do not need to be present to bid or purchase raffle tickets for the giveaway items!

The Winter Concert in the AHS PAC is FREE and open to all.
$20 in advance for the Jazz Dinner and Silent Auction, $25 at the door

In Kind Donation Deadline for the Silent Auction (this includes gift basket donations): Saturday, January 17 - DONATE A GIFT BASKET ITEM

Ticket Sales for the Jazz Dinner: January 09 to January 17 - PURCHASE TICKETS

*Sponsorship and Family Donations have no deadline

*Limited tickets will be sold at the door on January 24
